CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP



Ingredients:

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup salsa (chunky)
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
pepper, to taste
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

Directions:


Add all to large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer 1 hour. Stir constantly so it
doesn't stick to the bottom.

Can be topped with tortilla strips (can be bought by croutons)

I also used fat free soups where I could.

Turn down to lowest heat and cover to keep warm.

Heart-Shaped Fruit Platter


Ingredients For Spread:
1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 can condensed milk
1 cup sour cream

Mix and blend well with mixer.   Spread on an appropriate sized platter into a circle.

Kiwi (about 6 or 7)
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Blueberries

Arrange with kiwi first and continue toward the center with strawberries next blackberries, raspberries and then fill center with blueberries.   Cut one of the slices of kiwi into heart shape and put in center with a raspberry on top.   

Cover and chill even over night.   Can be spooned onto each person's plate.   Yum!!!
